brush and ink

Hear that? That’s my joints cracking as I try to limber up the drawing muscles again. This ornate 19th-century(?) architecture is good for that; lots of columns, arch-topped windows and gingerbread. And for extra fun there’s an El in front of this one. This is drawn on Fabriano soft-press watercolor paper, my new favorite. It makes for nice drybrush effects.
